How do I reserve a party?
Please call or e-mail us to schedule your party at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of your desired party date. After scheduling your party, you will have one week to send us your deposit, guest list, and party agreement.
How much is the deposit?
We require a $75.00 deposit within one week of scheduling your party. You will also need to mail the party agreement and guest list.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept Paypal, cash, checks, and money orders. The deposit is due within one week after scheduling your party. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of you party package or arrival of the hosts/hostesses.
Where is the party?
Parties are held in your home, church, social club . . . You choose the location and we come to you. We serve Hendersonville and its surrounding areas within a 20 mile radius.
When choosing the do-it-yourself package, when will my party package be delivered?
We will deliver all party items 2 hours prior to your party and we will pick-up the items 2 hours after the party is over. This allows ample time for set-up and clean-up.
When choosing the all-inclusive package, what time will the party hosts/hostesses arrive?
The party hosts/hostesses will arrive 1 hour prior to the party to set-up and prepare for your big event. They will come prepared with 1.5 hours of fun-filled activities depending on your chosen theme.
What are the hosts/hostesses responsible for at our party?
After setting up, your hosts/hostesses are responsible for 1 ½ hours of fun based on your chosen theme. They will help with costumes, make-up/face painting, craft activity, and games. After all activities are finished, they will help the children change back into their regular clothing prior to eating and opening gifts. During this time, one host/hostess will help with food and opening gifts while the other host/hostess is setting up for the last game which will lead the guests from clue to clue in search of their goody bags. This is a great way to end any party!
What should the children wear to the party?
Boys may put on costumes over their clothes. Girls may also wear costumes over their clothes but are encouraged to wear a leotard or swimsuit to facilitate costume dressing in a group setting.
What if I have to cancel?
We understand that things happen and children get sick, therefore, we will work with you to reschedule your party. If you have to cancel your party for any reason, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee BUT this can be transferred to another date and your party rescheduled. You may only reschedule one time. In the case of severe weather or illness, KIDoodles! also reserves the right to reschedule your party.
Do you have more themes to choose from other than the ones listed?
It is very important to us to provide the BEST party ever. Each party is put together with great attention to details ensuring that your party will be a magical event. As more parties are formed and carefully planned, we will add them to our website.
Do you have party themes appropriate for boys and girls?
Absolutely! If you are having a party with both boys and girls, we can bring dress-up items for both to ensure everybody has a GREAT time.
What is the minimum/maximum attendance?
Our parties are geared for a minimum of eight children, including the guest of honor, and a maximum of twelve children, including the guest of honor. This allows us to give the best party possible. If fewer than eight children arrive at the party, you are still responsible for paying for eight guests.
Please contact us at least three days prior to your party to confirm your final guest count. This will be the number we use to determine appropriate quantities for costumes, favors, and crafts.
Some guests may not show up to the party, even if they RSVP. We base the final party cost on the number that is sent to us prior to the party, not the number of children that show up.
If there are any siblings attending the party, please include them in the final guest count.
